Corner Courtyard

This unique location in Hoboken had a side yard that acted as both a driveway for occasional use and an outdoor area for the kids to blow off some excess energy.  The clients were looking for a private space to relax and for their children to play, along with year round plant interest.

The patio in the foreground doubles as a basketball court and driveway, with artificial grass, a bluestone walkway to the street, a double sided natural cedar fence, accompanied by perennial and evergreen plantings, highlighted by a Japanese Maple anchoring the staircase entry.
