Jersey City Brownstone
This Jersey City Brownstone backyard was a slab of concrete with blinding sun and weeds. The client's main goals were shade and a space they could use and entertain year round, creating an extension of their kitchen and dining area. The custom brick fireplace with bluestone accents, pergola with louvered panels, artificial grass, low maintenance plantings, and cedar fence are the perfect combination of comfort and privacy in this urban oasis.
PARK AVENUE RETREAT
These clients wanted an open, usable space for their children with an English garden vibe. We achieved this look using Crape Myrtle trees, english lavender, salvia, english boxwoods, and azaleas for year round interest. Thermal bluestone was used on both the rear raised back patio installed an irregular shaped patio to add more visual appeal from the deck, which was redone in Trex Havana Gold, with black aluminum railing and accent lighting throughout the deck and yard.

Hoboken Roof Deck
These Hoboken clients knew they needed to transform their roof deck into a functional and private space the whole family could eat and relax together while still retaining privacy and create an urban jungle vibe. We used bamboo, birch and custom planters for a natural privacy hedge to do just that. Installing an Outdoor TV for football in the fall and adding a custom stone veneer grill with stainless steel appliances left us certain the space will be the center of many good times and meals to come.
